国际英文期刊和国际中文期刊的异同：相同之处：1、国际英文期刊与国际中文期刊都属于国际期刊，在国内外的认可程度是一样的，且都可以接收来自各个国家的论文，都能参与国内职称评定、业绩考核。2、国际英文期刊与国际中文期刊在发表论文过程上也都是一样的。3、在国际英文期刊和国际中文期刊都具备ISSN刊号。4、引用次数多，提升科研价值;便于国际学术交流，提升知名度。不同之处：1、所使用的语言不一样。国际英文期刊以英文论文为主;国际中文期刊则是以中文为主，英文为辅。2、国际英文期刊所刊登的论文传播效率会快一些，毕竟主要是英文论文，英文是国际通用语言，使用范围比较广;而国际中文期刊刊登的大多数是中文期刊，虽然中文使用的人数多，但是不及英文所使用的范围广，所以在传播速度上要逊色国际英文期刊。3、国际中文期刊相对国际英文期刊发表周期快，一般2个月左右。4、国际英文期刊的数量多于国际中文期刊的数量。
