据不完全统计，目前我国心理学期刊约有20多种，其中核心期刊5种，没有一种进入SCI／SSCI／EI，这与我国是个期刊大国(2003年中国期刊数9029种居全世界第三，据2002年统计中国期刊被SCI收录61种；SSCI收录3种；EI收录107种)极不相称。因此，本文采用文献计量学的方法研究SCI、SSCI收录的心理学期刊，以揭示其基本状况与特点，同时推荐一批优秀的国际心理学期刊，供相关期刊工作者及心理学者借鉴。1、数据来源与统计方法本文统计数据是作者于2004年5月检索美国科学信息研究所(Institute for ScientificInformation，ISI)出版的大型权威检索系统SCI(Science Citation Index，科学引文索引)、SSCI(Social Science Citation Index，社会科学引文索引)而获得。SC1分为光盘版和扩展版，一般用SCI和SCIE(SCI?Expanded)表示，其区别仅在于收录期刊数的不同， SCIE收录的期刊数多且包涵了SCI光盘版。本文以SCIE为研究对象，该库收录自然科学基础领域170个学科的学术期刊6106种，其中心理学期刊62种占1．02％。SSCI收录全球50多个学科的社会学期刊1804种，其中心理学期刊437种占24．22％。JCR(Joumal Citation Reports，期刊引证报告)也是ISI编辑出版的用于评价期刊的重要定量工具。本文利用JCR网络版数据库查找SCIE／SSCI收录心理学期刊的出版国、语种、期刊影响因子 (Impact Factor，IF)等指标，并逐项进行了详细分析与研究。2、统计结果与分析2．1期刊数与交叉期刊分析SCIE来源期刊列表中包括1个学科主题(PSYCHOLOGY)的心理学期刊62种，有44种刊与SSCI来源期刊重复。44种交叉期刊有如下特点：出版国涉及7个国家，以美国、英国、荷兰为主；用英文发文的期刊40种，4种期刊以多语言出版；且季刊、双月刊多见；影响因子(IF )在1以上的有35种刊，最大值为9．896，是美国出版的Annum Review ofPsychology。2．2出版国(地)455种心理学期刊来自于23个国家，其中美国期刊294种(占64．62％)，英国84种(占18．46％)，德国23种(占5．05％)， (各占1．32％)，加拿大4种(占0．88％)，日本、澳大利亚各3种(各占0．66％)，俄罗斯2种(占0．44％)，捷克、斯洛伐克、西班牙、葡萄牙、意大利、爱尔兰、丹麦、比利时、墨西哥、哥伦比亚、土耳其、南非、新西兰各1种(各占0．22％)。由此可知世界心理学主流期刊基本上由欧、美发达国家编辑出版。2．3语种455种心理学期刊涉及7种语言：英文409种(占89．9％)，多语言27种(占5．9％)，德语13种(占2．9％)，法语，西班牙语各2种(各占0．4％)，日语、俄语各1种(各占0．2％)。是否用英文发表是评价期刊能否达国际水准的首要特征。2．4影响因子(I
