对于所查阅的文献建议以相应研究方向的参考书目为好，对于书写格式可以参考网上的综述。至于正文，给你一个参考写法吧，先把你构思好的提纲按主标题和分标题列好，然后再在各个标题下填充相关内容，这样显得逻辑清晰，写的时候也方便。综述还是比较好写的，一般都以写其理论及实践应用的进展为主~。。加油写吧
一般可以找review类的期刊，如化学的可以找chemical review
结尾可以写自己开题的目的、特点和预期的成果，但要简练。

参考文献一般可以选择去当地的图书馆或者是档案馆来寻找，毕竟这两个地方相应的参考文献是最全的
