期刊有无国家级、地方级的区别？
截止到2001年底，我国有期刊8889种，这些期刊都是经新闻出版总署批准并配发国内统一刊号，凡获得国内统一刊号的期刊，均为正式出版物。职称论文发表新闻出版总署从未就学术水平的高低为这些期刊划分过级别，仅从出版管理的角度，按照期刊主管单位的不同将期刊分成中央期刊和地方期刊，这样划分是为了按照期刊的主管单位的不同对期刊实施有效的行政管理。有的期刊在封面上刊载“国家一级期刊”等字样，不是新闻出版总署组织评选出来的，并非政府行为。
不成功可以退款吗？

“核心期刊”是怎么回事？
“核心期刊”是国内几所大学的图书馆根据期刊的引文率、转载率、文摘率等指标确定的。确定核心期刊的标准也是有某些大学图书馆制定的，而且各学校图书馆的评比、录入标准也不尽相同。新闻出版管理部门也未参加过此类评选活动。

杂志期刊属于预定型商品，大部分期刊均是根据报刊的订阅需求设置起订时间的，部分刊社要求时间较早，每月15号为订阅截止日，大部分期刊15号以前付款可以订阅下月刊物，超过15号只能个月预定。部分杂志以客服通知时间为准。

两年分别投稿两篇关于Science China Technological Sciences的文章，审稿周期少于3个月，Science China Technological Sciences期刊一般是通过邮件告知录用。编辑很细心、负责，没有遇到有些朋友抱怨的那样。总体感觉是一个很不错的期刊。
Science China Technological Sciences杂志内容很赞。书的质量很好，包装用了泡泡纸，包得很严实，没有划痕，纸质不错。美中不足的是，拆开来没有包装的薄膜，不过也没有什么影响。
该期刊的处理速度够快，审稿严格，文章的质量不错；审稿人给出的意见也很中肯，对改进稿件质量的帮助很大。只要认真回复专家的意见，好好修改，一般都会录用的。
很正规。工作效率很高。编辑很是认真负责。
换个视角去看世界，这是买书的初衷。赶上这个站优惠活动，买了很多书来慢慢读，感恩，书架已经放不下了，摆在卧室床边上，有睡前阅读的习惯，这些书够读很长一段时间的了。希望自己能收获更多，丰富自己，让自己的心灵更自由、视角更广、思想更深刻。
对文章水平的要求比较高。投出去大概十天左右就送外审了，外审的时间是10天，还挺快。后来被拒稿，审稿专家很认真，提了不少意见。对文章的帮助也是很大的。
今天文章终于录用啦，从投稿到文章录用一共经历了将近1个月。而且没想到审稿人居然这么专业，我最想回避两个问题，没想到还是全被揪出来了。我10天就补好实验，7月25号上传修改稿和修改说明，然后没消息，一直到30号直接录用。
运气较好，小修后录用。投稿建议：1）选题切合杂志风格，数理与系统工程、管理学的结合较宜；2）投稿时格式规范，避免小错误；3）文章的逻辑要清晰，结构完整，不宜只提出基本模型框架而缺少实证；4）结束语要紧密围绕所得结论展开，突出理论及应用价值；5）每年可能出专刊，发表难度较低，可关注专刊选题。天道酬勤、平和以待；改变世界的能力有限，但可以改变自己！黑暗中的黎明亦靠自己争取！
