可以报考本校研究生。至于考场在哪?由报考点安排。教育部规定:应届生考研在就读的大学或辖就读大学的地市级招办报名,往届生考研在户籍所在地或工作地就近报名;报考点管报名、验证、扫描、现场确认、安排初试考场。如果重庆医科大学设报考点,考场肯定在本校;如果重庆医科大学不设报考点,考场位置由地市级招办报考点来安排。
