我觉得这一排名的意义就是我国的期刊研究是非常值得肯定的，也代表着也非常的优秀的成果，中国的学者是很厉害的，教育成果也是非常的显著的，学生们都是很出众的。
中国管理科学
由于本人的研究恰好为管理科学领域，有幸在三个杂志都投过稿。目前结果如下，管理科学学报投了2，拒1，退修1；中国管理科学，投了2，拒1，录1，管理科学，投了1，已发表。一般而言，期刊质量与其稿件录用难度呈正相关，因此，从个人的发表经历来看，管理科学学报》中国管理科学》管理科学。 当然，以上纯属个人经验，仅供诸位参考。

楼主的想法不太对，举例：我投了两次“科技管理研究”，均被拒。但这两篇都中了B类以上，也就是0以上影响因子的期刊！被拒不代表你就不行，被录用不代表期刊就挫。你这样就看不起自己啦。应该说如果你数学好，我敢说中国管理科学不在话下，只是它的选题和方法我们搞管理的比较边缘化。管理科学是公认的好期刊，我认为至少比中国管理科学要好，人家很多东西还是有思想在里面的，不少光搞方法这些舞文弄墨的。管理科学学报第一，这个认同。
