我是四川大学华西药学院临床药学专业研二学生，我觉得就还选临床药学方向比较好。我本科也是临床药学，五年制的，所以医学知识学得还比较系统，也临床实习过一年，如果你是四年制的临药，只要在研一时多看些医学教材和文献就可以了，等到研二实习时不比五年制的差，我们院也有好多本科是四年制的同学。向你推荐以下三所学校：四川大学华西药学院，北京大学医学部药学院，山东大学药学院。我们学校是全国最早开展临床药学教育的学校，附属医院也是首批全国临床药师试点，临床药学的研究生专业是独立招生，不像一般的学校是招在药剂学里面，而且专业课初试除了可以选择药学综合以外，也可以选择西医综合，研究生下临床实习很方便，也有搞基础研究的方向。北医的临床药学开展也较早，附属医院也是临床药师试点。山大有七年制的临药本硕连读专业，也单独招研究生，实力较强。不要报考南药与沈药的临床药学，它们不是医科大学，附属医院不行，出来只能搞些基础研究。临药专业较好的学校还有：复旦大学药学院，北京协和医学院药学院，浙江大学药学院，中南大学湘雅医学院药学院等。北医协和都不好考，协和是医学的最高学府，挤进去很难，北医每年照的太少，因为他没有药学本科，都是本硕连读，所以单招很少，算上别的学校保送的，就很难进了。别的学校都差不多。我考研时专业课选的是西医综合，因为学临药将来出来要做临床药师，必须有扎实的医学知识，所以你做好在本科阶段多补充一些医学知识，如果你想选药学综合，那么就要把化学学好，因为它就是考四大化学。我也看了其他的回答，感觉也有一定道理，但是学药理更多的是做些基础研究，而学临药出来既可作基础也可做临床，就比如我们学院的临药教研室主任蒋学华老师，就是搞基础的。如果你将来能进临床药师试点的医院，那么是很有发展的。
