核心期刊太多太多了。像点样子的的大学学报都是核心。找同学在学报上发就成。
一般来说，核心期刊的审稿周期都比较长，在1-3个月之间，因为核心期刊对其稿件要求比较严格，所以都采用初审复审和终审三个环节，每个环节的审稿人都不一样，这就造成了审稿慢的情况，如果北大核心都是给你一个礼拜就给结果的话，那么你就要考虑你嗦联系这个渠道稳妥不稳妥了，一般是一个月左右就审下来了。如果有什么不清楚的可以加我联系进步一讨论，希望你好运朋友！
一般来说像那些周刊的或者旬刊的，半月刊的这样的用稿量大的期刊期刊回复和审核都挺快的，还有一些刚成立的期刊审核也挺快的。如果你急的发表的话建议你先不要投他们公共的邮箱，在投稿前先电话联系下编辑部，最好能要到某个编辑的个人邮箱，然后你们单独联系，这样审核的也会比直接投公共邮箱要快的多了。这里要强调的的是电话一定要从期刊刊内找，因为现在比较猖獗。

sci应该没有快一些的吧，你求快的话（土木工程）可能更适合一点吧
