二区吧，比较简单如果非常具有专业性，见解独到，那么可以试着投一区，如果一般的话建议投二区，比较简单，要求也不高。纳米材料是指在三维空间中至少有一维处于纳米尺寸(1-100 nm)或由它们作为基本单元构成的材料，这大约相当于10~1000个原子紧密排列在一起的尺度。
acta materialia 是一区的文章，质量比较高。还有一个影响因子很高的综述material today，金属材料与冶金工程，稀有金属材料与工程，金属学报，稀有金属，金属功能材料，材料科学与工艺，中国有色金属学报，材料研究与应用等。

按照美国信息研究所每年公布的JCR期刊影响因子分区情况，将SCI收录同一学科中的期刊按影响因子从高到低进行排序。学科影响因子前5%的期刊为An1区期刊,学科影响因子前20%为An2区期刊，学科影响因子前50%的3区为An3区期刊；学科影响因子后50%的为An4区期刊；EI收录核心期刊源为An5区期刊，在以上分区中所对应的期刊上发表的论文分别称为An1类、An2类、An3类、An4类和An5类的论文。

大体上是前5%是一区，6%~20%是二区，21%到50%是三区，其他四区。百分比貌似按向上取整。对照一项就明白的。其实，材料在工程技术分类中的问题在于一区期刊太多，重新分区导致的材料二区掉落主要是因为一区掉的太多。也就是说其实单看二区和以下期刊的话，其实材料的占比大体上是和其他工程技术类一样的，区别在于一区期刊的数量。所以结论是材料重新分区只对高端玩家有影响，其中对材料的影响较大对工程技术的影响相对较小。对于二区期刊及以下来说，影响可以忽略。综合来看，受影响较大的是传统材料方向（如果Acta等真的掉出一区的话），该行业在高校科研中基本凉了。

2014年中科院分区工程材料类一区阈值可能为89(根据近三年影子因子计算平均值得出),据此推断nanotechnology,
二区咋了，文章水平高啊！
