1 关于准解析函数方面中国科学院应用数学研究所研究员，夏畦院士评论说：“蔡海涛与李国平合著《准解析函数论》一书，是蔡海涛根据李国平教授在这方面的成果，与他本人近十年来在这方面成果汇集撰写成卷。蔡海涛在这方面是作了不少工作的。如该书中所载他的工作是有创造性和较高学术价值的。例如他在VVStepanov空间引入了连续模，得到了一些深入的结果。改进了SP概周期函数的几个构造定理，以后他又将这些结果应用于微分方程的解的构造理论，并且将Favard定理由C空间推广至S空间。又如他在该书‘准解析函数在微分方程中的应用’一章，应用Bellman不等式，创造性地改进了李国平教授的许多结果。”2 关于亚纯函数与整函数方面蔡海涛教授在亚纯函数与整函数方面的工作，我国著名数学家、中国科学院数理学部院士李国平认为：“他在亚纯函数的基础定理方面，精确化了熊庆来先生的成果。关于这方面的论文得到美国《数学评论》，德国《数学文摘》的好评”。这些成果荣获湖南省首届重大科技成果奖。他的“整函数的正规上升性”与“整函数序列的正规族理论”两篇论文，被美国数学会89届夏季会议列为宣读论文，并被邀请出席会议，在专集中全文发。3 关于异性弹性介质力学与断裂力学方面蔡海涛教授自20世纪60年代初期开始，攻研弹性理论，特别是应用复变函数方法研究弹性理论，其总结性专著为“Mathematical Theory In Periodic Plane Elasticity” [1] 。这些工作应该是Muskhelshvili(前苏联科学院院士)学派的研究工作在中国的重大发展。1985年，路见可教授受美国数学会主办的《Contemporary Mathematics（当代数学）》杂志之托，著文“Complenx Variable Methods in Elasticity (弹性理论的复变方法)”（V48,1985)，介绍了中国在这个领域的研究成果，其中引用了蔡海涛教授的论文、专著6种之多，并列在参考文献之首，以显著的位置加以推介。1 解决了各向异性弹性介质周期基本问题及接触问题1 第一周期基本问题，即在边界上已知按周期分布的外力的情况；以及第二周期基本问题，即在边界上已知按周期分布的位移情况，都得到了封闭形式的解答，并且就工程常见的一些具体实例，给了一些便于应用的公式。这项研究成果已包括近代非周期有限的情况，以及各向同性弹性介质情况相关的研究成果（见文[1]，[9]）。2 各向异性弹性体的周期接触问题，即有无限个按周期排列的刚性压头，压入各向异性弹性体，研究其接触处附近的应力分布情况。包括就弹性体而言分为各向同性与各向异性介质两种情况；就刚性压头状态而言分为静态与动态两种情况。都得到了便于工程应用的封闭形式的解答。其中各向异性弹性体的情况和动态情况都是十分有意义的，因为大型建筑中作为建筑基础的，如土壤，往往具有显著的各向异性性质。又如在机械工程设计所遇到的一些周期接触问题，当速度足够大时，必须考虑其动力特性。在国内外，主要集中讨论有限个刚性压头情况。这些研究完善和深化了应力集中问题和接触问题的理论。有助于改进实际工程中的有关设计计算（见[1]，[8]）。2 解决了被孔、裂纹所削弱的各向异性材料的强度计算1 上述问题是工程技术界、力学界、数学界近半个世纪共同关心的热点课题。目前国内外大多对有限个孔或裂纹进行过研究。他研究了关于被无限个（或无限条）按周期分布且任意形状的孔（或裂纹）削弱的各向同性弹性平面的应力分布问题，其中有一、二基本问题、混合问题，证明了若应力是周期有界的，则位移是准周期的，其逆定理也成立；首次给出了上述这些问题的正确提法。2 关于复合材料的断裂理论的研究也是具有代表性的，研究了二种不同各向同性材料拼接在一起时的断裂问题，将该类问题直接化为某种奇异积分方程，并证明其唯一可解。当拼接线为封闭曲线时，比FErodogen用积分变换方法简单、有效、适应性广。3 研究了各向异性弹性介质，即被无限个按周期分布的裂纹所削弱的各向异性弹性材料的应力分布问题。首次得到了裂纹尖端的应力集中因子的计算公式；同时得到了能量释放计算公式。4 在此基础上，对于各向同性弹性介质材料，研究了周期动态裂纹情况，双周期裂纹情况。对于两种各向异性材料复合而成的情况，进行了系统深入的研究，都得到裂纹尖端应力集中因子的计算公式与能量释放计算公式。这些研究成果是属于国际首创，前沿性的研究工作。（见[1]-[5]）4 系统工程及其应用研究蔡海涛教授在研究中坚持定性分析与定量分析相结合，现代数学与计算技术相结合，注意研究成果的可操性，实际背景强。出版译著一种：《控制系统设计入门》（湖南科技出版社，1982）；专著一本：《现代社会科学的数学方法》（湖南科技出版社，1991）。1 创立了误判控制理论新领域1 对事物进行审视，会出现两种不可避免的误判：即是断为非，非断为是。因此，在现代化生产与科学实践中，如何对误判现象进行最优控制，减少损失，就成为国内外科技工作者普遍关注的一个技术难题。这项研究属于国家十四个重要技术领域之一的技术基础范畴，是国家技术政策规定要加强的研究领域。2 运用现代系统工程与随机理论方法对制造工程中的产品误判问题进行深入调查与研究，提出了双短尾正态分布律等新概念，导出了一些相关结果及其函数特征、误判计算公式，编制了软件和供工厂实用的误判函数表。提出了对误判现象进行最优控制的简要方法，建立了优化设计软盘。3 此项研究使我国产品制造误判控制技术处于世界最先进地位。它适用于整个制造工业工程领域，特别对于高精密度、高质量、高可靠性的军工产品制造。中国科学院院士王梓坤教授认为：该项目具有国际新颖性，是世界先进水平的成果。现已推广到100余家企事业单位，其中国防工业企业单位80余家，至目前统计，创经济效益近两亿元。4 《人民日报》海外版、国内版及《科技日报》分别以“来自生产实践，追求最佳效益，中国开辟误判理论新领域”，“对误判现象进行最优控制”，“制造工程的优化系统设计”为题进行了报导。其子课题分别获得省、国防科技进步一等奖、省科技进步二等奖。2 开展了社会经济营养学的研究1 以前研究营养学是单纯从人体需求考虑的。以“湖南省食谱优化设计”为题的研究，不仅考虑人体需要，更侧重于社会经济状态。联合国粮农组织官员EM摩丽斯?休斯女士认为“这份报告不仅可以介绍到中国的其它地区，而且还可以介绍到欧洲的一些国家。”（见《中国食品报》12）。2 省级鉴定认为本研究“达到了国际先进水平”。“是一项具有开创性意义的多学科交叉结合的系统研究工作，具有很高的社会效益和巨大战略意义。”3 对不同季节不同年龄段人群的营养需要、消费水平、消费习惯进行了区分，通过系统全面的诊断分析，创造性地建立了食谱优化设计的多目标优化数学模型。编制了软件。4 计算出湖南省幼儿、青少年、成年人、老年人前期和老年后期等各不同年龄段上人群的春、夏、秋、冬四季食物结构优化模式与相应的营养优化食谱。5 该研究成果首次在湖南最大的长沙燕山街菜市场应用。新华社举办的“经济参考”以“菜场挂起了营养牌”为题进行了报导。6 在杂志“欧洲运筹学杂志”发表了本项成果[6]。同时他还参加制定了湖南2000年社会经济发展规划和县、市规划；为“长沙、株洲、湘谭三角区经济发展规划”、“湖南省食物结构研究” 等项目的专家组成员；提出建设华南经济区的构想，作为湖南省领导参考文件（《湖南经济信息》1991）。

中文的杂志几乎不可能是dci
管理科学领域国际最最最权威的两大最顶级期刊。Operations Research 运筹学研究，中国大陆学者发表到目前为止应该不超过10篇。Management Science 管理科学，大陆学者目前发表不超过5篇，第一篇是海归马铁驹教授在2011年还是2012年发表的，大致内容是将一个气象模型改进到他的好像是关于人工学习的研究中。为此，国家自然科学基金委特地发来一封褒扬信恭喜马教授以大陆单位为第一研究单位发表了第一篇MS，并询问马铁驹教授目前的研究进展和工作状况。Management Science到底多厉害，简单来说，就是最优化理论和现实应用有重大创新和启示的文章才能发表！线性规划的单纯形法就是发表在MS上的，由此深化了对线性优化的认识。前几年，即使是国外教师在MS上发表2篇左右，都可以快一步晋升教授或终身教职，现在好像不太行了。总之，是管理科学界最膜拜的两大最顶级期刊。

国内叫做《欧洲运筹学杂志》，是一本杂志期刊，很牛的，被SCI收录的，在这上面发表文章就爽了。
期刊杂志这些不怎么常见。但是可以推荐一本书给你《海豹突击队体能训练手册》作者：美国海军特战司令部译者：李丛森
British Journal of Sports Medicine挺有名的，是英国运动和运动医学协会、欧洲运动医学和运动医师学院以及澳大利亚运动医师学院的官方杂志。内容涵盖运动医学最新临床实践和相关研究，包括生理治疗、物理治疗与康复。影响因子72，在运动医学杂志中排名很高，在运动伤病方面的有很多精彩的综述和研究文章。中国作者也是有的。如果是想投好发表的，可以选Journal of ISAKOS或者BMJ Open Sports and Exercise Medicine。
二选一的话，建议《科学世界》，是科普和知识性的。《科学之谜》的话，看名字似乎内容里都是没有答案的，还是学点东西选择《科学世界》的好。另外还有《发现》（DISCOVERY），《自然》，《科学》。
