柔软时光 夏至西山 每年6月，京西妙峰山漫山遍野长满了玫瑰，特别的是，它比别的地方的玫瑰开花都晚，别的玫瑰是4月开，这里的总要等到五、六月，这是为什么？这还有段故事哩。据说妙峰山原来香火很盛，每年农历四月初一到十五，山上就热闹起来，不仅远近山村的人们都来赶庙会，就是京津各地也有很多善男信女朝山进香。到这里进香的人，讲究“朝顶进香，带福还家”。什么叫带福还家呢？就是人们进香之后，要在胸前戴一条红绫子，绫子上有个“福”字。人们都希望带着这个“福”字回家去，所以叫“带福还家”，朝山的人，下山时还要头戴红花图个吉利。当时，妙峰山的农民除了种杂粮果木外，大多都种玫瑰花，那时这里的花正是四月开放。因为朝山的人下山时都要戴红花，这样，一到农历四月，这玫瑰花就养不住了，全被香客摘折一空。这件事年年发生，天长日久，便被妙峰山的碧霞元君看见了。碧霞元君又叫“治世大福神”，就住在“天仙碧霞元君庙”，她见朝山的人这样糟蹋玫瑰花很心疼，于是就对花神下了一道旨意：妙峰山的玫瑰花四月不准开放，要到庙会过后，五、六月再开。说也奇怪，打这以后，妙峰山的玫瑰花，农历四月真的不开了，直到阴历五、六月底、6月初才开呢。这就成了金顶妙峰山的一奇了。玫瑰的奇妙功效妙峰山玫瑰谷除了迷人的玫瑰花以外，也有着为数众多的特产资源，其中最负盛名的就是由妙峰山玫瑰花提炼制作的玫瑰油，是制造高级化妆品的原料。除了玫瑰油以外，在巴黎国际博览会上荣获金奖的，晶莹剔透、香甜绵软、让人唇齿留香的玫瑰露酒也是久负盛名。而用妙峰山玫瑰制作的玫瑰酱、玫瑰饼、炸玫瑰，也是独具特色。其中用玫瑰花与黄芩配制的玫瑰黄芩茶，茶汤金黄，口感绵软，具有清肝解瘀、祛火、美容之功效，是老少皆宜的时令饮品。 来自《旅游》杂志。
