宏观经济行为说。宏观经济行为说以英国著名经济学家凯恩斯为代表。凯恩斯革命以前的经济学多是分析微观经济行为，如研究单个消费品、个别市场或个别企业、个别行业的经济行为，多属微观经济学的内容。而凯恩斯在经济学的研究对象上，从微观经济行为分析转向宏观经济行为分析凯恩斯强调的是国民收入、总就业、总需求、总供给等总量研究，着重强调的“是整个经济体系，如何使该体系中之全部资源达到最适度就业”。1936年凯恩斯(就业、利息和货币通论)的出版标志着宏观经济学的产生。

《工程管理学报》是国家住房和城乡建设部主管的综合类国家科技期刊，由哈尔滨工业大学、中国建筑业协会管理现代化专业委员会主办。期刊原名是创建于1985年，1987年国内外公开发行的《建筑管理现代化》。2009年底，经国家新闻出版总署研究同意，更名为《工程管理学报》，现为双月刊，刊号：ISSN1674-8859/CN23-1564/TU；国内外公开发行代号：14—173。
