网上的信息太杂乱,从我毕业到现在三年时间,各种交钱培训就能进铁路局的千万别信。大学毕业的时候各个铁路局的会去学校招人,如果你的简历被看中了,签了合同的话,就可以算是铁路局正式员工了。还有就是考公务员,报考铁道部的公务员,这个最厉害。去就读各大铁路职业技术院校毕业当然这个得碰运气,运气好了整届都能进国铁的。如果你是铁路相关院校的高职或大专生,比如西安铁道技师学院毕业生,那么恭喜你,只要你的专业好,你就业的形势会很好,甚至比本科生容易就业的多,每年十八个铁路局都会去各个学校招聘毕业生,招去之后是正式编制,享受一切待遇。而且你进去后本科生和专科生干的一样的活。如果你是本科生,而且是铁路相关专业,那么你也有进入铁路工作的机会,就看你怎么把握了,一般来说都是比较容易进的。过人才市场进入铁路局上班,这种不是直接和铁路局产生的劳动关系,属于编制外,也就是说不是正式职工,但是也有转正的机会,但是大多数享受和正式职工一样的待遇。现在有很多铁路培训的中专学校,毕业后会不会安排在铁路局工作这个不好确定,但是这也是一个机会,如有非常想进入铁路工作的人也可以进入这些技校去试试。但是这个也是容易被各种打这个幌子其实是人的的地方。

直奔主题答复您,经调查该院校系陕西省范围内可授予国家承认的大专文凭的高职院校之一,如果通过一般的高考程序可以不太符合于您的命题要求,不过您可以通过该院校官方招生办详询是否有校企合作委托定向培养的学科,一般来讲该学科专业一般入门门槛较低,是属于校企定向性人才输送,此类专业具备更精准、更实用的专业实操性并且更贴近于行业技术方面的内需,并且学业期满合格后颁发国家承认的高职类大专文凭,所以企业对您是否初中或高中学历并没有那么重视,反而是您的中后期实习或就业方面是否符合于该企业的技术实操能力。在这里预祝您能够选择成功并且学业有成,谢谢!
