根据文章而定，有的快有的慢，有的with editor 一天后就under review了。有的两个月都算正常。更有的投稿系统根本没有with editor这个过程，就是同一个期刊都有不同的时间这个和杂志和审稿人都有关系，投文章需要点耐心啊，国外SCI总的来说比国内期刊快多了！
