SCI论文投稿绝对多数是英文的,英文是国际通用的语言,就算是国内的被SCI收录的中文期刊,他们也是希望你写成英文的来发表。具体到美国《科学》或英国《自然》这两个自然科学领域最具有影响力的杂志的话,投稿的话,你可以登录他们的网站,他们网站的上面有投稿指南,当然都是英文版的,你根据上面的说明一步一步地来就行了。还有你说的注册账号,那是一定的,一般发表文章,从最初的投稿,审稿,修改,和录用,都是要经历很漫长的过程的,你需要和杂志社经常性的沟通,主要就是通过你在他们杂志社网站注册 的账号,和你留下的邮箱进行的。希望对你有所帮助。本人曾经在普通的SCI杂志上面发表过很少几篇论文,所以见识短浅,请勿见怪。
