不是。《工程机械》杂志创刊于1964年，由天津工程机械研究院主管主办，是中国工程机械行业第一本杂志，历史悠久，积淀深厚，先后被评为国家期刊奖百种重点期刊、中国期刊方阵双奖期刊、中文核心期刊、中国科技核心期刊和中国工程机械工业协会会刊。 《工程机械》以促科技之进步，谋行业之发展为己任，全程记录新中国工程机械发展史，真实记录行业技术进步，形成了鲜明的办刊风格，设置有“本刊特稿、产品结构、试验研究、设计计算、材料工艺、液压液力、专题综述、使用维修”等经典栏目，全面反映工程机械行业18大类产品新技术、新产品、新材料、新工艺和新经验。近年来，《工程机械》革故鼎新，与时俱进，在原有的以报道应用技术论文为主的基础上，不断扩大杂志的信息资讯报道内容，形成集权威性、指导性、科技性、实用性于一体的行业科技期刊，进一步提升杂志在工程机械行业的影响力，更好地为读者和行业企业服务。

核心期刊太多太多了。像点样子的的大学学报都是核心。找同学在学报上发就成。
