建议你投岩石力学与工程学报吧，更快的。投稿到见刊10个月之内，编辑态度好，很负责！岩土工程学报偏慢，比岩土力学还慢，我投过一次，外审2个多月额，意见不好，改了一次不满足就给拒稿，哎。
