祝峰，闽南师范大学福建省闽江学者特聘教授，粒计算福建省高校重点实验室主任。福建省高等学校科技创新团队学术带头人，粒计算福建省高校重点实验室主任，兼任计算机系副主任。 祝峰教授是新西兰奥克兰大学计算机科学博士，新西兰奥克兰大学计算机系博士后，美国亚利桑那大学系统工程硕士，曾任电子科技大学计算机科学与工程学院教授。祝峰教授还担任中国人工智能学会理事，福建省人工智能学会副理事长，国际粗糙集学会理事会（八人）理事、网站主编，国际粒计算学会中国分会副主席，中国人工智能学会人工智能基础专业委员会副主任，IJGCRSIS国际期刊编委，闽南师范大学学报自然版主编。2012年荣获IEEE粒计算学会杰出贡献奖。承担国家自然科学基金、福建省自然科学基金和科技重点项目各一项，指导在读博士生2名，硕士生15名 。祝峰教授有五篇论文的引用次数超过百次，分别是355次、244次、156次、140次和139次。单篇论文最高SCI引用107次，SCI他引92次；有五篇论文的SCI他引次数超过四十次，分别是92、69、55、50和44次；有五篇论文的SCOPUS引用次数超过八十次，分别是227、176、111、104和84次；SCOPUS上引用指标 h-index=13。
