楼主的想法不太对，举例：我投了两次“科技管理研究”，均被拒。但这两篇都中了B类以上，也就是0以上影响因子的期刊！被拒不代表你就不行，被录用不代表期刊就挫。你这样就看不起自己啦。应该说如果你数学好，我敢说中国管理科学不在话下，只是它的选题和方法我们搞管理的比较边缘化。管理科学是公认的好期刊，我认为至少比中国管理科学要好，人家很多东西还是有思想在里面的，不少光搞方法这些舞文弄墨的。管理科学学报第一，这个认同。

转的别人的中国企业管理研究会日前在江苏无锡举行专题学术会议，来自全国七十多家单位的一百多名代表参加了这次会议。会上，中国企业管理研究会常务副理事长、中国社会科学院工业经济研究所企业管理研究室主任黄群慧研究员代表中国企业管理研究会发布了他们的一项最新研究成果——中国高等院校工商管理研究力排名。 工商管理研究力是指高等院校在工商管理领域的研究能力或者研究实力。对工商管理学院的研究力进行研究具有重要的意义，这不仅表现在工商管理研究对工商管理学科发展和我国企业管理实践的重要价值，还表现在就工商管理教育而言，研究力不强的管理学院和商学院，难以提供高质量的管理教育服务。一个机构的研究力可以体现在各个方面，但是发表在权威学术杂志上的论文是一个重要体现。中国企业管理研究会的该项研究基于文献计量的方法，对国内各高等院校的工商管理研究力进行了分析和排名。 该项研究选择《管理世界》、《中国工业经济》、《南开管理评论》、《经济管理·新管理》四个权威工商管理研究期刊为样本期刊，对这些期刊2000-2004年的所发表的作者单位是高等院校的、所有工商管理类规范的学术论文进行了文献计量研究。这些规范学术论文共1226篇，其作者所在单位共涉及163所高等学校。通过对每个高等院校发表的规范学术论文的数量进行统计，得出了这163所高等院校工商管理研究力的排名。该研究力排名包括综合排名和各子学科研究力排名，各子学科包括企业理论、企业战略管理、财务管理、市场营销、运作管理、人力资源管理、技术经济与技术管理、企业文化和组织管理等。 在工商管理综合研究力方面，南开大学、中山大学、武汉大学、西安交通大学、浙江大学、南京大学、清华大学、上海财经大学、复旦大学以及厦门大学名列前十位。 在各子学科方面，名列企业理论研究方面前三位的是南京大学、浙江大学和南开大学；在战略管理研究力方面，前三位分别为西安交通大学、浙江大学、南京大学；财务管理研究力的排名前三位为厦门大学、南开大学和上海财经大学；武汉大学、南开大学和清华大学在市场营销研究力上名列三甲；在运作管理研究力方面，西安交通大学、华中科技大学和上海交通大学排在前三名；人力资源管理研究力的前三名是中山大学、南京大学和南开大学；在企业文化研究力方面，西安交通大学位于榜首，随后是暨南大学和中国人民大学；组织管理研究力方面前三名为中山大学、南开大学和上海财经大学。 总体上看，优势高校研究力非常集中，2000-2004年这五年间共发表论文596篇，占163所高校全部论文的6%，这表明研究力优势高校的优势非常明显，与一般院校的差距较大。 黄群慧研究员指出，本研究尽量避免了由于样本学术刊物自身一些缺陷而引起的排名不公平。如针对一般主办单位更倾向于刊登自己单位学术文章、因而使得排名并不能够完全反映高等院校的工商管理研究力的问题，本研究对于样本学术刊物主办单位刊登自己单位作者的论文进行系数处理。虽然该项研究只是他们的初步排名，样本刊物选择范围还有待进一步扩大，但是该项研究从文献计量学角度对中国高等院校的工商管理研究水平进行的分析，是一个崭新的研究思路，具有科学性。该项排名对了解我国高等院校的工商管理研究能力具有重要意义。
