9月份刚送外审，至少也得将近一个月能得到审稿专家意见。或者退修或者退稿。主要是有些专家可能不一定接受审稿，编辑还得重新找审稿专家，有些专家审稿速度不一样，所以说到了外审阶段只能拼人品了。加急不会决定你的文章是否被拒，加急只能在后续的阶段加急，外审阶段没办法加急。
