1、来稿要求论点明确、数据可靠、逻辑严密、文字精炼，每篇论文必须包括题目、作者姓名、作者单位、单位所在地及邮政编码、摘要和关键词、正文、参考文献和第一作者及通讯作者（一般为导师）简介（包括姓名、性别、职称、出生年月、所获学位、目前主要从事的工作和研究方向），在文稿的首页地脚处注明论文属何项目、何基金（编号）资助，没有的不注明。2、论文摘要尽量写成报道性文摘，包括目的、方法、结果、结论4方面内容（100字左右），应具有独立性与自含性，关键词选择贴近文义的规范性单词或组合词（3～5个）。3、文稿篇幅（含图表）一般不超过5000字，一个版面2500字内。文中量和单位的使用请参照中华人民共和国法定计量单位最新标准。外文字符必须分清大、小写，正、斜体，黑、白体，上下角标应区别明显。4、文中的图、表应有自明性。图片不超过2幅，图像要清晰，层次要分明。5、参考文献的著录格式采用顺序编码制，请按文中出现的先后顺序编号。所引文献必须是作者直接阅读参考过的、最主要的、公开出版文献。未公开发表的、且很有必要引用的，请采用脚注方式标明，参考文献不少于3条。6、来稿勿一稿多投。收到稿件之后，5个工作日内审稿，电子邮件回复作者。重点稿件将送同行专家审阅。如果10日内没有收到拟用稿通知（特别需要者可寄送纸质录用通知），则请与本部联系确认。7、来稿文责自负。所有作者应对稿件内容和署名无异议，稿件内容不得抄袭或重复发表。对来稿有权作技术性和文字性修改，杂志一个版面2500字，二个版面5000字左右。作者需要安排版面数，出刊日期，是否加急等情况，请在邮件投稿时作特别说明。8、请作者自留备份稿，本部不退稿。9、论文一经发表，赠送当期样刊1-2册，需快递的联系本部。10、请在文稿后面注明稿件联系人的姓名、工作单位、详细联系地址、电话（包括手机）、邮编等信息，以便联系有关事宜。
看你用的那个平台的邮箱了，qq的就是××××。网易的就是××××或者××××或者××××。阿里云的就是××××。××××表示你注册时的qq号（一般为qq邮箱）或者你填的昵称（其他邮箱）。
电子邮箱由用户名，@和域名组成，在注册邮箱邮箱时，通常会让你选一个已经注册好的域名，再补充用户名。如果想要自定义注册，得注册企业邮箱
楼主可以百度“新手投稿的36个问题”（应该是叫这个名字吧），基本上都可以回答。另外也要看每一个约稿的具体要求，每个编辑都有自己不同的习惯，如果在约稿函上注明了，就直接按他的要求发，省编辑的时间就是给自己机会。 天使领域论坛有一些新人写手的扫盲帖，不过注册略麻烦，楼主有时间可以去抢抢邀请码逛逛。约稿就不粘了，编辑和约稿都会经常更新的，常去写手论坛看才会有最新约稿，百度里很多约稿都作古很久了……
邮箱里发送稿件，或者在论坛帖稿，邮件标题最好和文章的标题一致，不要含糊其辞，更不要王顾左右而言他。倘若不是编辑主动约稿。同一邮件内稿件最好不要超过三篇，最多不要超过五篇。在论坛内帖稿，稿件采用前和采用后，如无特殊情况，不要删除稿件。这样编辑找起稿件来，会顺利许多。稿件投到哪里？ 请参照期刊最近一期中各栏目每页页眉上的投稿信箱或责编信箱。投稿信箱依此为准，杂志上的责编信箱是法定的投稿信箱，稿件一定要根据内容，投对栏目。 投稿格式如何？ 正文用TXT格式，若有图片须标明图号。图片直接抓为无损的BMP格式或高画质JPG格式并打包压缩为ZIP作为附件发送。无论新老作者，稿件正文末尾均要注明作者详细联系信息和通讯地址。 稿费标准如何？ 稿费一般不低于100元千字，特稿特优。对于文字方面问题比较多的稿件，如果决定采用，将适当降低其稿费标准。 答复期限如何？ 一般在投稿后三周内答复，最长不超过1个月（法定时间）。如果逾期没有收到答复，作者可自行处理其稿件。 一稿多投谁负责？ 如果在1个月内的某个时点稿件被它刊决定采用而造成一稿多投，责任在作者一方。扣发作者相应稿费。如果逾期没有得到回复，而在逾期后出现一稿多投，责任在编辑一方。稿费照发。
邮箱格式是：登录名@主机名域名。以QQ邮箱为例，QQ邮箱的格式为：qq号。使用QQ邮箱投稿的操作方法参考如下：1、打开QQ邮箱官网。2、输入QQ账号密码进行登录。3、在QQ邮箱主界面，点击左上角的写信。4、在写信界面输入收件人的邮箱，以及填写好主题和正文后点击发送即可。
邮件名一般在约稿函上都有说吧。。没有说建议写上 投稿的版块 文章名 笔名 类型 然后在正文上写给编辑的话。比如说，请回复神马的还要加上你的联系方式。文章用附件形式发送。注意在文章末尾在加上你的联系方式。
收件人：编辑邮箱主题：投稿《杂志名》【栏目】《你的文章题目》【笔名】附加：可以添加，用WORD就可以，里面要注明自己的联系方式正文：短篇的话附上全文最后注明你的笔名，联系方式电子邮件投稿要注意以下几点： 一、 电子邮件投稿应该用什么格式？ 主题：投稿栏目、文章名、发表笔名。 内容：文章的全部内容。 落款：您的真实联系地址、邮编、姓名、邮箱地址、固定电话、手机、QQ号码（注明QQ名）、其他您觉得有必要留的联系信息。 除了以上内容，一概不欢迎。 二、 为什么不欢迎使用附件？ （只发附件不行。如果正文与附件一起发则非常欢迎。） 大家知道，很多病毒是通过邮件附件传送的，就我知道，很多杂志社的电脑上都装了病毒粉碎机这个软件，就是说在处理电子邮件的时候，有附件的系统一律删除。这意味着您辛苦的文字永远不会被编辑看到。 另外，附件来稿格式不同，往往因为软件问题而打不开，或者，打开是乱码。 所以，为了您自身利益，别使用附件投稿。
