日报上的日期是当天发行该报的日期。杂志或周报、月报等，日期是按出版规律排的，比如青年文摘，2月份的上面日期是2月份，可能一月份你就收到了， 因为这类杂志都会提前出版。

时尚杂志的封面，从拍摄到预售间隔的时间大概在150天到180天左右。所有的封面在拍摄过程中都是需要参考选片修图，到最终定图印刷。整个周期在150到180天左右。

法律分析：专利的授权时间都是有所不同的，我国专利有三种，发明专利、实用新型、还有外观专利授权都有所不同；这三种专利中发明专利授权时间是最长的一个，实用新型专利个外观专利稍微短一点，一个发明抓申请下来需要个2-3年的时间，外观专利申请和实用新型专利申请基本保持在半年或者是一年以内。发明专利授权时间需要多久一般发明专利申请日起18个月后公开，如果公开后即提出实审的话，一般是二通后授权，这样就是二年多的时间，总之是要看具体的案子情况和审查员，法律是不限审查时间，只对申请人的答复时间有限制（一通4个月，二通及以后是二个月）。也可申请时即提出提前公开并实审，这样会快些。但最快不会早于18个月授权，即使18个月内审完了，也要等到18个月后授权，因为要考虑抵触申请的问题。另外发明专利在公开前是不受保护的，也即申请日到公开日间的他人实施是不侵权的；公开日至授权日之间是临时保护，也就是说申请最终如不授权也就不保护了；只有授权以后才真正保护。所以不是受理即受保护的。发明专利申请的过程中建议大家做好专利新颖性保护，例如申请专利前不要通过发表论文的方式，这样极其容易失去专利是新颖性，同时不管管是代理代理专利，还是要做好专利保密，通过知识产权代理机构保密协议，还有合作人的保密协议。一般来说发明专利授权时间如果申请顺畅的话也不用到两年或者是三年了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第二十九条 申请人自发明或者实用新型在外国第一次提出专利申请之日起十二个月内，或者自外观设计在外国第一次提出专利申请之日起六个月内，又在中国就相同主题提出专利申请的，依照该外国同中国签订的协议或者共同参加的国际条约，或者依照相互承认优先权的原则，可以享有优先权。申请人自发明或者实用新型在中国第一次提出专利申请之日起十二个月内，或者自外观设计在中国第一次提出专利申请之日起六个月内，又向国务院专利行政部门就相同主题提出专利申请的，可以享有优先权。
