权威期刊没有固定的标准，不同的机构、不同的行业有不同的要求。权威期刊一般只是期刊的一种称谓，具体权威与否，以及到底有多权威都没有定量的估计分析，级别主要看影响因子比较。
就是具有前沿性，影响因子高，CSCD，CSSCI引文数据库里靠前的就是了。
一般三类，五年一评。

在国内，核心期刊已经是高水平的期刊了，但真不敢说是最高水平。像二楼一样分类述说更好一些，期刊分很多专业和种类，没个期刊也只能作为这个领域的高水平啊
