等级不高
如果是从新到稿件变为复审，那就是说，你已经通过的编辑部的初审，正在内审专家手中审稿。中农大社科学报很重视内审专家的意见，如果复审意见好，那基本就恭喜了。
社科版不是北大核心期刊，但是cssci来源刊，所以要看你们学校认不认cssci，如果不认，最好不要投
这个都是有的，看你发的是那个核心期刊的。

现在学报英文版是sci了，感觉挺好投的，好好找几个同行评审就行了。中文版更好投。。。一般没有不过的我周围。我们实在发不了的文章或者自己觉得有点不太够分量投国外杂志的文章或者着急要发出来的文章，才投学报。。。 闪人。。。
中国海洋大学学报社科版刚刚被CSSCI收录了，难度应该还是有的
