首先，谢谢你的求助。其次，只能谈一谈我的理解，不一定完全正确计算碳排放时，一定要把边界确定好。建筑物也好，机器设备也好，都涉及到建造和使用两个过程，甚至还要考虑到报废以后处理的过程，所以，要明确你考虑的是某个过程或者全生命周期。以建筑物为例吧，建造过程中，涉及到原料，原料的运输，建造过程中的能耗等等，加上若干年使用过程中的能耗，再加上若干年后建筑物拆除及处理的能耗。把这所有的能耗都考虑上，转化为碳排放。确定了所有的过程以后，比较难的就是计算了，也就是使用什么样的计算方法。现在关于碳排放的科学研究很多，出了很多计算公式，这些你都有一一查出来参考使用。之后，根据你所选建筑物面积，工程量，使用的电量，等等等等，代入公式中计算就好了。其他的都类似了。你如果在大学的话，建议你上“中国期刊网”查一查建筑物碳排放计算的相关文献，或者查一查“carbon emission” 相关的英文文献看一看，比较形成文章的东西更科学也更有参考价值。
